Our front office staff is warm and friendly and will schedule your child’s appointment efficiently and professionally. We guarantee same day appointments for sick children and will NEVER recommend you take your child to an urgent care facility.

If needed, we do not hesitate to consult with the best pediatric specialists in the world from Stanford Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital and /or UCSF Children’s Hospital.

When our office is closed, if your child has an emergency, you will be able to speak to one of our  pediatricians—not a nurse call program or a pediatrician who isn’t part of our practice.
